Mushrooms are easy to cook as well as great to eat and full of all the good stuff. Time for a yummy mushroom curry.

- Mushroom-1 cup sliced into thin pieces
- Onion-1 chopped fine
- Tomato-1 chopped fine
- Coconut-1/2 cut into small pieces
- Fennel seeds-1/2tbsp
- Cinnamon-1piece
- Cloves-1piece
- Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
- Turmeric powder-a pinch
- Chicken masala-2tbsp
- Salt to taste
The preparation method:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion with salt till the onions turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.Add the chopped tomato and cook till they are done.
- Add the chicken masala powder or any home made masala powder, mushroom pieces and mix well.
- Grind the coconut pieces with fennel seeds,cloves and cinnamon and add the grinded mixture to the pan..
- Cook till the mushroom are well cooked.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Yummy Mushroom curry is ready to be served hot with roti or rice.
