What you need for paneer kothu chapathi:
- chapathi/roti - 5 Cut them into very small pieces
- shredded paneer - 1/2 cup
- onion - 2 finely chopped
- tomatoes - 2, finely chopped
- jeera powder - 1/2 tbsp
- chilly powder - 1/ 2tbsp
- green chillies - 2
- red chillies - 2
- ginger - 1 piece finely chopped
- garlic -4 pods finely chopped
- garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
- coriander leaves to garnish
- mustard-1/2tbsp
- jeera-1/2tbsp
- curry leaves-few
- Heat oil in the pan. Add seasoning ingredients to it.
- When it splutters add onion, ginger, garlic to it. Fry well till they turn translucent
- Add paneer, tomatoes , powder spices , Fry for some time next add chapathi pieces and salt to it.
- Cover and cook in simmer to blend in the spices with chapathi. Garnish with coriander leaves ,Stir well and serve hot.
- You can also add any vegetable ( cook and add it when onions fry) instead of paneer.
