Paneer Masala Dosa

Paneer masala dosa is variation of Masala Dosa which is a change from the regular potato masala dosa.

 For Paneer masala :
  • Grated paneer - 1 cup
  • Onion -1 chopped
  • Green chilli - 2 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
  • Tomato - 1 chopped
  • Curry leaves -few
  • Coriander leaves -few
  • Coriander powder -1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
  • Garam masala -1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder -a pinch
  • Pepper powder -1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard seed - 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin -1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
The Preparation of Masala:
  • Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seed and crackle cumin seeds.
  • Add onion,green chilli ,curry leaves ,ginger garlic paste and salt.saute till the onion turn brown.
  • Add tomato in to it.Mix well.Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala, and chilli powder.
  • Add grated paneer and mix well.Add pepper powder in to it
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Spread the dosa batter on the tawa. When it is cooked slightly place a spoon full of masala in the center, lengthwise and cook further until dosa is done. Fold and serve immediately 
  • Yummy paneer masala dosa is ready to have with chutney /sambar.
