- Roasted Gram /Pottu kadalai - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom - 4 powdered
- Cashew nut - few
- Grind the roasted gram / pottu kadalai into a fine powder in a mixer.
- Powder the sugar also finely.
- Sieve this powdered dal and sugar .
- Mix sugar powder and pottu kadalai powder in a mixing bowl along with cardamom powder also.
- Heat ghee and fry the cashew nuts.Add the ghee and cashew nuts in to the ladoo mixture.
- Using both the hands, form small-medium sized smooth and firm balls. Repeat with the rest of the mixture
- Tasty and nutritious ladoo is ready to be served.
