Wheat Flour Ladoo is very simple traditional ladoo- one of various types of ladoos we have been trying. Wheat Ladoos are very nutritional , esp if made with pure ghee. It is good for pregnant women , recently conceived mothers and young children.

- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Cashews - 6
- Raisins -few
- Badam -4
- Pista - 6
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Dry roast wheat flour well till color changes. Keep stirring continuously to avoid burning at the bottom.
- Grind sugar to a fine powder,set aside.
- Heat ghee and fry the nuts.
- In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour,powdered sugar and cardamom powder.Whisk it well.
- Heat ghee for a minute and then add it slowly.Mix well with the ladle.
- When its warm enough to handle with hands shape them into ladoos.#
- Cool down store in an airtight container
