Vegetable korma is a popular side-dish for roti/chappathi.We love the Kerala version of this dish.

- Potato-1 - cut into cubes
- Carrot-1 - cut into small pieces
- Green Peas-1 cup
- Beans-12 - cut into small pieces
- Corn-1/2 cup
- Onion-1 - chopped fine
- Coconut-1/2 - cut into small pieces
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds-1 tbsp
- Green chilli-4 - chopped fine
- Whole garam masala-small quantity of clove,cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf
- Turmeric powder-a pinch
- Salt-to taste
The preparation method:
- Heat some oil in a pan and add the whole garam masala(clove,cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaf) and fry for a while.
- Add the chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and salt. Cook till the onions turn slightly golden brown.
- Add all the cut vegetables into the pan along with turmeric powder. Boil it the vegetables till they are well cooked.
- Meanwhile,grind the coconut pieces,fennel seeds,green chilli along with little water.
- Add this grinded contents to the pan and stir well. Cook for 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and vegetable Korma is ready for your eating pleasure!
