- Salmon fish-1/4kg cut into small pieces
- Fish fry masala-2 tbsp
- Lemon juice-1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2tbsp
- Salt to taste
The preparation method:
- Marinate the salmon pieces with ginger-garlic paste,fish masala,lemon juices and salt.
- Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Place this in a baking tray and bake at 250F for 15 minutes.
- Alternatively,fry this in a pan with oil(Olive oil is preferable).
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Healthy and tasty Salmon fish is ready to be eaten hot hot.
