Like Gobi/Cauliflower Manchurian ,Baby Corn Manchurian is a popular fast food snack and is a common starter in restaurants.

- Baby corn-10
- Onion-1
- Spring onion-2
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Plain flour/maida-2 tbsp
- Rice powder-1 tbsp
- Soya sauce-2 tbsp
- Vinegar-1 tbsp
- Chilli tomato sauce-2 tbsp
- Green chilli-2
- Cilantro few
- Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2tbsp
- Salt to taste
The preparation method:
- Clean and cut the Baby corn into medium sized pieces. Keep aside.
- Mix Corn flour, Rice flour, Maida, salt and chopped Green chillies with water just enough to make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip the cut Baby Corn one at a time into the batter and drop into heated oil and deep fry. Keep the fried Baby Corn aside.
- For tempering , heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped Onions, Ginger Garlic paste and chopped Spring Onions and fry till the Onions turn golden brown. Now add Green chillies and fry for a minute.
- Add Vinegar, Soya sauce,1/2 cup of Chilli Tomato sauce and mix well.
- Mix the fried Baby Corn with the Masala mixture they blend well.
- Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
- Spicy and tasty Baby Corn Manchurian is now ready to be served with your favourite sauce.
