Coconut Dosa is the a twist to the regular dosa. Its easy to make and its almost as close as one can get to a regular dosa.

- Raw rice - 2 cup
- Coconut grated - 1 cup
- Sugar -1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Soak the rice in water for 2 hours minimum.
- Grind the grated coconut and rice together adding water.
- Make the batter considerably thin. Add salt and sugar. Mix well.
- Heat a tawa.Take a ladle full of this batter spread it out in circles using the backside of a round ladle.
- Pour 1 tbsp of oil .Turn over and cook the other side when done.
- Serve with chutney.
