The mix of paneer and sweet corn plus the spices, makes this nice and hot dish a perfect change from the regular dishes.

- Sweet Corn – 1 Cup
- Paneer – 200 gms, cubed
- Onion – 2 finely chopped
- Tomato -2 (puree)
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder –1/4 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Chilly Powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Kasoori Methi – a pinch
- Sugar –1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Heat a pan with oil, splutter cumin seeds. add the chopped onions and salt. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté till the onions turn brown.
- Then add the tomato puree and sauté for a while .
- Add the Turmeric, Chilly garam masala and Coriander Powder, Saute well.
- Now, add the sweet corn and paneer cubes. Add sugar. Stir well.
- Add little water and kasoori methi. Cook for few minutes.
- Very tasty Paneer corn masala is ready to be served with chapathi/roti
