Paneer masala dosa is variation of Masala Dosa which is a change from the regular potato masala dosa.

- Grated paneer - 1 cup
- Onion -1 chopped
- Green chilli - 2 chopped
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Curry leaves -few
- Coriander leaves -few
- Coriander powder -1 tbsp
- Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala -1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder -a pinch
- Pepper powder -1/2 tbsp
- Mustard seed - 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin -1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seed and crackle cumin seeds.
- Add onion,green chilli ,curry leaves ,ginger garlic paste and salt.saute till the onion turn brown.
- Add tomato in to it.Mix well.Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala, and chilli powder.
- Add grated paneer and mix well.Add pepper powder in to it
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Spread the dosa batter on the tawa. When it is cooked slightly place a spoon full of masala in the center, lengthwise and cook further until dosa is done. Fold and serve immediately
- Yummy paneer masala dosa is ready to have with chutney /sambar.
