Drumstick Leaves Egg Burji

The drumstick leaves (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moringa_oleiferaprovides an inexhaustible supply of nutritious greens which includes calcium , iron , phosphorous , Vitamins C and A ..all good things at no cost . Combined with natural goodness of eggs , this is a power-packed dish on its own or with steamed rice.

What you need for Drumstick leaves Egg Burji :
  • Drumstick leaves - 1 cup
  • Egg - 4
  • Onion -1 chopped 
  • Green chilli - 4
  • Garlic -2 pods crushed
  • Pepper -1/2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
The Preparation method:
  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion with green chilli and salt.
  • When the onion turns brown , add drumstick leaves .Saute for a minute.
  • Now add beaten eggs and keep stirring.When the mixture becomes dry, sprinkle pepper.
  • Healthy drumstick leaves egg burji is ready to served with rice.
