- Drumstick leaves - 1 cup
- Egg - 4
- Onion -1 chopped
- Green chilli - 4
- Garlic -2 pods crushed
- Pepper -1/2 tbsp
- salt to taste
The Preparation method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion with green chilli and salt.
- When the onion turns brown , add drumstick leaves .Saute for a minute.
- Now add beaten eggs and keep stirring.When the mixture becomes dry, sprinkle pepper.
- Healthy drumstick leaves egg burji is ready to served with rice.
