Another delicious spicy and tangy fried chicken dish.
What you need for chicken chilli sauce:
- Chicken - 1/2 kg chopped
- Onion - 2 chopped
- Green chilli - 3 slit
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 pods
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Coriander leaves - few
- Salt to taste
The preparation method:
- Grind ginger ,garlic and green chilli.Marinate the chicken with this paste along with soya sauce,vinegar, chilli sauce and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.Saute onion and curry leaves.When the onions turn slightly brown , add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder ,garam masala and pepper powder.
- Add the chicken pieces in to it.Mix well.Sprinkle water if necessary.
- Cook in low flame.
- Switch off the gas when the chicken pieces are well cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Spicy and Tangy Chicken Chilli Sauce is ready to be relished.
