Chicken Chilli Sauce


Another delicious spicy and tangy fried chicken dish.

What you need for chicken chilli sauce:
  • Chicken - 1/2 kg chopped
  • Onion - 2 chopped
  • Green chilli - 3 slit
  • Ginger - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 4 pods
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Coriander leaves - few
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:
  • Grind ginger ,garlic and green chilli.Marinate the chicken with this paste along with soya sauce,vinegar, chilli sauce and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan.Saute onion and curry leaves.When the onions turn slightly brown , add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder ,garam masala and pepper powder.
  • Add the chicken pieces in to it.Mix well.Sprinkle water if necessary.
  • Cook in low flame.
  • Switch off the gas when the chicken pieces are well cooked.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Spicy and Tangy Chicken Chilli Sauce is ready to be relished.
