Cherupayar/Whole Moong Sweet

Cherupayar/Whole Moong Sweet is a simple  and healthy evening snack. 


What you need for Cherupayar/Whole Moong Sweet:
  • Cherupayar / Whole Moong  - 1 cup
  • Coconut - 1/2 shell - grated
  • jaggery - 5 pieces
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:
  • Pressure cook the green gram with salt.
  • Mix the grated coconut and jaggery to the cooked green gram.
  • Mix well and serve as a snack.
