Green Peas and Carrot Masala

An easy veg masala curry....


What you need for Green Peas and Carrot Masala:
  • Green peas -1 cup
  • Carrot - 1 cubed
  • Onion - 1 thinly sliced
  • Green chilli - 2 slit
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Curry leaves -  few
  • Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1tbsp
  • Mustard seeds -  1/2 tbsp
  • Dry red chilly - 1
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Splutter mustard seeds and  add dry red chilly, onion ,green chilli,curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Saute till the onions are slightly brown. Add the coriander powder and garam masala powder. 
  • Saute till the raw smell goes off.Now add the green peas and carrot.Add little water and cook .
  • Once they are well done switch off the flame.
  • Very easy and tasty green peas curry is ready to serve with chapatti or roti.
