What you need for Green Peas and Carrot Masala:
- Green peas -1 cup
- Carrot - 1 cubed
- Onion - 1 thinly sliced
- Green chilli - 2 slit
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Dry red chilly - 1
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Splutter mustard seeds and add dry red chilly, onion ,green chilli,curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
- Saute till the onions are slightly brown. Add the coriander powder and garam masala powder.
- Saute till the raw smell goes off.Now add the green peas and carrot.Add little water and cook .
- Once they are well done switch off the flame.
- Very easy and tasty green peas curry is ready to serve with chapatti or roti.
