Sweet Aval / Poha

Sweet Aval or Poha is a crispy and healthy snack which can prepared in minutes.

What you need for Sweet Aval or Poha:

  • Aval/Poha-1 cup
  • Jaggery-4 piece
  • Banana-1
  • Coconut grated-1 cup
  • Caradamom-1
The preparation method:
  • Melt the jaggery in a vessel over low flame and keep aside.
  • Combine the grated coconut ,poha,banana and melted jaggery well. Add the crushed cardamom into the poha and keep it aside for about 10 mins till it becomes soft.
  • Yummy Sweet Aval/Poha is ready to be served as snack.
