Chicken Ginger masala

An another tasty chicken dish ...
What you need for chicken ginger masala:
  • Chicken - 500gm
  • Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 2  tbsp 
  • Tomato - 3 chopped
  • Coriander leaves - few
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Green chilli - 4 chopped
  • Pepper powder -1 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder -1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala -1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
The Preparation method:
  • Cook the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder and little oil in a pan.
  • When the chicken is half done , pour little water and allow it to cook fully.
  • When the chicken is done,add pepper powder,chilli powder and garam masala.
  • Allow to cook till the gravy thickens.
  • Add the tomato,green chilli and curry leaves.
  • Close the lid and cook the gravy in low flame for a few minutes and turn the heat off.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Yummy chicken ginger masala is ready to be served with rice or roti.
