This is a dry version of Rajma Masala which goes great with any Indian Bread. Try this for a change if you are bored with the normal Rajma curry.
What you need for Dry Rajma Masala:
Kidney beans: 1 cup, soaked overnight or at least 4 hours
Onion: 2 chopped
Green chili: 2-3, chopped
Oil: 2 tbsp
Channa dal: 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tbsp
Red chili: 2-3
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric: 1 tbsp
Garam masala: 1tsp
Salt: to taste
Cilantro: to garnish

The preparation method:
- In a pressure cooker, cook beans for 1-2 whistle's(dont cook them until mushy). Strain and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat oil and add channa dal, red chilli. Fry for 30 secs. Add, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions, green chili and a pinch of salt. Cook them until onions are translucent.
- Add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minutes.
- Now add,Rajma and cook for 5 mins uncovered.
- Now add salt,red chili powder,coriander powder and cook for another 5mins, uncovered.
- Adjust spices according to your taste and add garam masala. cook for 2mins.
- Switch off and garnish with cilantro.
- Healthy and Tasty Dry Rajma masala is ready to be served with any Indian Bread like chappati or naan.
