What you need for
- Coconut-1/2 - chopped into small pieces
- Red chilli-2
- Ginger-1 piece
- Curry leaves-few
- Tamarind-1 small piece
- Salt to taste
The preparation method:
- Grind the coconut pieces with red chilli,curry leaves,tamarind, ginger and salt.
- You can add water if you want other wise you can serve it dry.
- That's it ! Quick and easy chammanthi is ready to served with hot rice.
Note : If you add curd and add seasoning's like mustard and curry leaves,you also have a curry!
