Chilli paneer

Chilly paneer is a fav recipe of many. Its one of the most famous and common starter dish that we find on the menu cards of many Indian restaurants.

What you need for chilli paneer:
  • Paneer-200 gm
  • Onion-1 
  • Capsicum-1
  • Soya sauce-2 tbsp
  • Chilli tomato sauce-2 tbsp
  • Green chilli-2
  • Garlic-2 pods
  • Maida-1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour-1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper-1/2 tbsp
The preparation method:
  • Cut the paneer into small cubes.
  • Make a thick paste of cornflour,maida and coat the paneer cubes with paste.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, green chillies ,and onions till the onions turn golden brown.
  • Add capsicum and cook till tender.Add all the soya sauce,tomato chilli sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Add the paneer pieces.Simmer for few minutes till the sauce coats the paneer pieces.
  • Yummy Chilli Paneer are ready to devoured hot hot.
