Soya Chunk Masala

Soya is a high resource of proteins for the vegetarians and can be literally called as vegetarian meat ! Make sure to include soya in our daily diet and reap the wonderful benefits. This soya chunk curry is easy to make and goes great with chappathi or rice.


What you need for soya chunk masala:
  • Soya chunks -1 cup
  • Onion-1 chopped fine
  • Tomato-1 chopped fine
  • Green chilli-2 slit
  • Ginger-1 piece chopped fine
  • Garlic-2 pods chopped fine
  • Meat masala powder / home made masala powder -2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro -few
The preparation method:
  • Boil the Soya for 15 minutes and keep it aside.
  • Heat some oil in a pan.Add onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli and salt.
  • Sauté it till the onions get transparent.Add chopped tomatoes.
  • Add meat masala powder/home made masala powder to this.
  • Add soya and cook till the soya is well cooked.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. 
  • Tasty and Healthy Soya curry is ready to be served with Indian Bread or rice.
