Vegetable soup

Vegetable soup recipe is easy and quick to make and it tastes superb.It is also very healthy.


What you need for vegetable soup:
  • Carrot-1 cut into thin pieces
  • Spring onion-2 chopped fine
  • Cabbage-1/4 piece chopped fine
  • Beans-8 chopped fine
  • Garlic-1 pod crushed
  • Soya sauce-2tbsp
  • Chilli tomato sauce-1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder-1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:
  • Chop all the vegetables finely. 
  • Pressure cook all the ingredients together with enough water.Go easy on the salt and pepper.You can always add it in the end.
  • Switch off the gas after 3 whistles. Check for salt and spice level.
  • Yummy vegetable soup is ready to served hot.
