Watermelon Juice

Watermelon is a welcome sight during the scorching Chennai summer and we simply love to have this fruit as juice or in slices. Watermelon contains lot of Vitamins, Potassium, low in Sodium and has little or no fat content in it. It has lot of water content (91%) and good to be consumed especially in the summer season.


What you need to prepare Watermelon Juice:
  • Watermelon pieces de-seeded – 2 cups
  • Honey – 2 Tbsp 
  • Pepper Powder – a pinch (Optional)
The preparation method:
  • In a mixer Jar, add peeled and deseeded Watermelon pieces, Honey and Pepper Powder.
  • Grind all the above ingredients until you see a nicely blended liquid.
  • Transfer to a glass and top with Ice cubes. Serve Watermelon Juice chilled.
