What you need for Egg Bhurji:
- Egg-3 beaten well
 - Onion-1 chopped
 - Green chilli-2 chopped
 - Tomato-1 chopped
 - Curry leaves-few
 - Coriander leaves-few
 - Pepper powder-1 tbsp
 - Salt to taste
 
The preparation method:
- Heat oil in a pan.Drop onion,green chilli,curry leaves,coriander leaves and salt.
 - Sauté well.When the onions turn golden brown, add diced tomato pieces.
 - Add the beaten egg in to it.Keep mixing well till the egg is cooked.This should not take long.
 - Finally sprinkle pepper powder.
 - Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
