Mango Lassi is the perfect cooler on a hot day.It's perfect for an afternoon refresher or an after-dinner treat. Lassi is a huge favourite in the North and we simply love this.
What you need for mango Lassi:

Peel the mangoes and chop in to pieces.
Put the yogurt, mango, ice and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth
Sit back and relax and enjoy chilled mango lassi on a hot afternoon.
