What you need for Paavakka kondattam:
- Bitter Gourd / Paavakka - 2
- Salt to taste
The preparation method:
- Cut the paavakka in to round pieces.
- Boil the paavakka with salt.Switch off the flame when the paavakka is half done.
- Spread this out on a sheet and set this outside under direct sunlight until its completely dry
- When needed deep fry in oil.
- Serve the crispy bitter gourd with steaming rice.
