Coconut Dosa

Coconut Dosa is the a twist to the regular dosa. Its easy to make and its almost as close as one can get to a regular dosa.

What you need for coconut dosa:
  • Raw rice - 2 cup
  • Coconut grated - 1 cup
  • Sugar -1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:
  • Soak the rice in water for 2 hours minimum.
  • Grind the grated coconut and rice together adding water.
  • Make the batter considerably thin. Add salt and sugar. Mix well.
  • Heat a tawa.Take a ladle full of this batter spread it out in circles using the backside of a round ladle.
  • Pour 1 tbsp of oil .Turn over and cook the other side when done.
  • Serve with chutney.
