What you need for Tomato dosa :
- Raw rice - 2 cups
- Tomato - 3 chopped
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Red chilli - 4
- salt to taste
The Preparation method:
- Soak the raw rice in water for 2 hours. Drain and grind smoothly the rice , chopped tomatoes, dried red chilli, and grated coconut by adding little water to form a dosa-like batter.
- Add salt and mix well .You can make instantly dosa with this batter..
- Heat tawa , pour a laddle full of dosa batter, spread the batter with the bottom of the ladle evenly making circles to form a dosa and sprinkle some oil along the edges. Cook both sides till done.
- Serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
