We had the Corn Capsicum curry at a restaurant and liked it so much that we decided to try it at home.It was not bad at all.

- Corn-1 Cup
- Capsicum-1 Chopped into small pieces
- Onion-1 finely chopped
- Tomato-2 finely chopped
- Green chilli-2 finely chopped
- Ginger-1 piece finely chopped
- Garlic-2 pods finely chopped
- Cumin-1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder-11/2tbsp
- Chilli powder-1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder-1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-a pinch
- Cilantro-few
- Salt to taste
The preparation method:
- Heat oil in a pan and crack some cumin seeds.Saute onion,salt,ginger,garlic and green chilli.till the onions turn golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes and cooked well.
- Add Turmeric powder,Coriander powder,garam masala,and chilli powder. Mix well.
- Switch off the gas.and grind these contents after cooling it for a while.
- Add this grinded mixture in a cooking vessel and boil.for 5 minutes and finally add capsicum.
- When capsicum is getting cooked,add corn to it
- Boil till capsicum and corn are well cooked
- Optionally,you can also add 1 tbsp of sugar.
- Viola! Corn Capsicum curry is ready to served hot with roti/chappathi !
