- Broad Beans - 200 gms
- Potatoes - 2 peeled and cubed
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Onion-1 chopped
- Green chilli-2 slit
- Curry leaves-few
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chop broad beans with tips removed and stringed.
- Take a deep bottomed vessel and heat oil.Add mustard seeds and when they crackle,add onion,green chilli and curry leaves
- Add broad beans and potatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder . Mix well and cover. Lower heat to medium.
- Cook till potatoes are tender while stirring in between. Turn off the heat. Mix well. Serve hot with rotis or parathas.
