What you need to prepare Nellikka Chammanthi / Gooseberry Chutney :
- Gooseberry - 6 chopped with seed discarded
- Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
- Garlic - 1 clove optional
- Small onions - 6
- Curry leaves - few
- Green chillies 2 or 3
- Coconut - a few pieces
- Salt - as desired
- Grind all the above ingredients together with little water.
- Healthy Nellikka Chammanthi / Gooseberry Chutney is ready to be served with rice.
