When it comes to potato chips or wafers , you can't stop with just one! Making Potato chips at home is easier , healthier and tastier compared to the packaged chips bought at stores.

- Potatoes - 4 medium
- Salt - as required
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
The preparation method:
- Wash and peel the skin from the potatoes.
- Using the slicer, slice the potatoes into thin slices. Soak them in water until you fry them. Else it will turn brown.
- Drain them on a kitchen towel.
- Once it is dried, deep fry in oil until it turns crisp.
- Sprinkle salt water over them while they are getting fried.
- Place the chips over a tissue paper in order to remove the excess oil.
- Add red chilly powder and mix well.
- Store in an air tight container.
