Salmon Fish Fry/Baked

Salmon is a very popular food.Salmon is considered to be healthy due to the fish's high protein, high Omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content.

What you need for Salmon fish fry:
  • Salmon fish-1/4kg cut into small pieces
  • Fish fry masala-2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice-1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste-1/2tbsp
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:
  • Marinate the salmon pieces with ginger-garlic paste,fish masala,lemon juices and salt.
  • Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Place this in a baking tray and bake at 250F for 15 minutes.
  • Alternatively,fry this in a pan with oil(Olive oil is preferable).
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Healthy and tasty Salmon fish is ready to be eaten hot hot.
