Vegetarian Noodles

Noodles is a world-wide popular Chinese cuisine.This is also very popular in Indian restaurants and fast food joints. We made the Indian vegetarian version though you could also add shredded chicken pieces.
What you need for Vegetarian Noodles:
  • Noodles-1 cup
  • Onion-1 chopped fine
  • Carrot-1 chopped
  • Beans-12 chopped
  • Spring onion-4 chopped
  • Capsicum-1 chopped
  • Soya sauce-11/2 tbsp
  • Vinegar-1 tbsp
  • Chilli tomato sauce-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, sautĂ© onion first then add capsicum,spring onion, and carrot.
  • Saute for some time then add soya sauce,vinegar,chilli tomato sauce and salt.
  • Saute for some time then add noodles.
  • Cook till the noodles are well cooked.
  • Your noodles is ready to serve.
