Bhel Puri

A snack with almost no parallels in Western India, bhelpuri is low-fat, nutritious and delicious! Make sure you mix the ingredients for the  bhelpuri just before you're going to eat it to prevent the puffed rice from getting soggy.

What you need for bhel puri:
  • Sev -1 cup
  • Puffed Rice-2 cup
  • Onion-1 chopped fine
  • Tomato-1 chopped fine
  • Green chilli-2 chopped fine
  • Coriander leaves-few 
  • Lemon juice-1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:

  • Mix all the ingredients & serve in an individual plates immediately.If you are serving this at a party,keep everything separately in individual bowls & let the guests mix them by themselves.
  • This amazing snack can be served with nice chutney or sauce. It tastes great just by itself !
