Semiya Pulav

Semiya Pulav is mostly like a vegetable pulav, but unlike a regular pulav where we make it spicy, semiya pulav is little milder.Try this for a change from the usual pulav and I am sure you will like it.
 
What you need to make Semiya Pulav:
  • semiya/vermicilli : 200gms pack
  • cloves :1
  • cardamoms :1
  • cinnamon stick :1 inch piece
  • green chillies :2 slit
  • onions :2 chopped fine
  • ginger garlic paste :1/2 tbsp
  • mint leaves : 10
  • curry leaves :10
  • carrot :1 big
  • Green peas : 20
  • potato :1
  • beans : 10
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves : few 
 
The Preparation Method:
  • Heat a pan add oil , cloves , cardamoms , green chillies , onions , ginger garlic paste , fry them well and add few mint leaves.
  • Add chopped carrot , green peas , potato , beans and fry well. After 2 mins add salt .  
  • When vegetables are fully cooked add coriander leaves and add semiya. Add little water and mix well.
  •  When the semiya is cooked well and water is all drained , switch off the gas.
  • Tasty rice semiya palao is ready to be served hot.
