What you need to prepare Mango ice-cream :
- Ripe mango - 2 chopped
- Ripe mango - 1/2 cubed
- fresh cream - 100 ml
- Condensed milk ( - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 4 tbsp or more
The preparation method:
- Beat the mango to a fine pulp or alternatively you can use store-brought mango pulp.
- Add the mango pulp,fresh cream,condensed milk and sugar in a bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
- Store this in freezable bowl and keep in freezer for 2 hours.
- Add the chopped mango cubes. Mix gently.
- Freeze till the contents becomes solid(at least 5 hours).
- Yummy Yummy Mango Ice-cream is ready to relished :-)
