Mango Ice-Cream

This is a simple and easy dessert recipe that you will love to make, especially now that it is summer and there are plenty of mangoes, Yummy mango ice cream tasted divine. . .
What you need to prepare Mango ice-cream :

  • Ripe mango - 2 chopped
  • Ripe mango - 1/2 cubed
  • fresh cream - 100 ml
  • Condensed milk (sweetened) - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp or more
The preparation method:
  • Beat the mango to a fine pulp or alternatively you can use store-brought mango pulp.
  • Add the mango pulp,fresh cream,condensed milk and sugar in a bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
  • Store this in freezable bowl and keep in freezer for 2 hours.
  • Add the chopped mango cubes. Mix gently.
  • Freeze till the contents becomes solid(at least 5 hours).
  • Yummy Yummy Mango Ice-cream is ready to relished :-)
