Butter Chicken Roast

A perfect recipe to make juicy roasted chicken. It is quick and easy to prepare. Give this recipe a try when you are bored of the usual chicken dishes.

What You need for Butter Chicken Roast:
  • Chicken - 1/2 kg cut into small pieces
  • Butter -2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder -1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder -a pinch
  • Garam masala -1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder -1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves -few
  • Lemon juice -1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
The preparation method:
  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except butter.Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of butter in pan and once the butter melts,add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well. Cover the pan and cook the chicken on a very slow flame for 10 minutes. In between remove the lid and give it a nice stir and cook again until the chicken is cooked. 
  • Easy and tasty butter chicken roast is ready to be served.
