Butter-fruit /Avocado Milk Shake

Avocados are rich in good fat and also come with lot of health benefits. Avocados are generally bitter but it can made tasty as a milk shake.

What you need for Butter /Avocado shake:

  • Avocado -1
  • Frozen Milk -  1/2 ltr
  • Vanilla essence- 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
The preparation method:
  • Preferably , freeze milk in a container the day before you plan to make the milk shake
  • Cut the Butter Fruit into two pieces; discard the big seed from it. Extract the inner greenish yellow pulp from the fruit with the help of spoon. The green outer covering should be discarded as well.
  • Blend together avocado,water,sugar ,vanilla essence and frozen milk  in a blender to a smooth paste.
  • Yummy avocado /butter-fruit shake is ready to be served chill.
