Avocados are rich in good fat and also come with lot of health benefits. Avocados are generally bitter but it can made tasty as a milk shake.
What you need for Butter /Avocado shake:
- Avocado -1
- Frozen Milk - 1/2 ltr
- Vanilla essence- 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
The preparation method:
- Preferably , freeze milk in a container the day before you plan to make the milk shake
- Cut the Butter Fruit into two pieces; discard the big seed from it. Extract the inner greenish yellow pulp from the fruit with the help of spoon. The green outer covering should be discarded as well.
- Blend together avocado,water,sugar ,vanilla essence and frozen milk in a blender to a smooth paste.
- Yummy avocado /butter-fruit shake is ready to be served chill.
