This is a very tasty Indian chutney, prepared in moments in the blender.This basic chutney is perfect for using as a dipping sauce with main course dishes like Dosa and Idli.

- Onion - 1 chopped
- Tomato - 2 chopped
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 pods
- Curry leaves - few
- Red chilli powder - 1tbsp
- Coconut - 1 cup grated
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup chopped
- Salt to taste
The preparation method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions,ginger,garlic,coconut ,curry leaves ,red chilli powder and salt.
- When the raw smell goes, add tomatoes and saute well.
- When the tomatoes are well done add coriander leaves and saute for a minute.
- Switch off the gas and allow to cool.Then grind this mixture in a blender.
- Yummy and tasty Coriander chutney is ready to serve with idli,dosa or even rice.
